Wayne Yellow Jacket® Water Troughs can be manufactured as very simple units for low-budget projects or with a plethora of options to meet the demands of sophisticated laboratory or heavy duty production applications.
Wayne Yellow Jacket® Water Troughs some unique standard and optional features that make them easy to work with:
Heavy duty tubular steel is used for support stand and heavy duty stainless steel is used for the trough itself
Casters allow for easy movement for positioning and floor jacks are used for rigid floor mounting
Air or Sponge Wipes are standard equipment for drying the extrudate
Strand roller guides can be fixed mounted for easy swing in - swing out or mounted on portable in-trough stands. These help maintain the stability and position of the extrudate as it travels through the water
