The Yellow Jacket® Magnetic Tension Payoff, is extremely versatile, because of the unique features of this payoff that takes it easy to work with:
Magnetic Tension Clutch: The tension is easily adjusted from 0 to 100% tension by moving the clutch dial to the desired tension percentage. This allows tension changes without changing reels and is continuously adjustable, unlike payoffs that have a fixed tension or only allow a fixed number of steps in tension level.
Wide Tension Range: The payoff can achieve from .12 up to 3.5 inch/lbs of torque to meet all types of tension requirements. Other torque ranges are available.
Large Wheel Capacity: The payoff can handle wheels up to 16" outside diameter and up to 10" wide!
