Spare Parts and Technical Service

Wayne has a dedicated spare parts department and we are dedicated to help keep your equipment up and running. We stock many parts for Wayne equipment and we also can supply spare parts for non-Wayne extrusion equipment.  These include, but are not limited to:

• Extruder screws, barrels, heaters, breaker plates, screens
• Rupture disks, temperature probes, pressure transducers, gauges
• Rollers, rotary joints, safety labels
• Bearings, shafts, pulleys, belts and other mechanical transmission parts
• Temperature controls, panel instruments, fuses, indicator lights, speed pots, and other electrical parts
• Complete recommended spare parts packages for used machines
